ISBR Business School welcomed Dr. Waultrat Ritter ,Founder – Knowledge Dialogue, Hong Kong, an honored guest at ISBR as part of “International Guest Lecture Series” on Monday, 18th January 2016. She presented a talk on “ Information Governance in Knowledge Process Outsourcing: The Case of Global Visa Processing Services”. She explained in detail about the need for outsourcing visa processing, the present trends and practices, various issues & consequences arising out of this outsourcing, various challenges & precautions to be taken, etc. Our faculty members and students attended this interesting and informative lecture in large numbers.
