On 9th august 2014 Mr. M JebaKumar visited ISBR Bangalore. He bridged the gap between MBA students and their conception about “MIND GAP”.
The entire session was filled with insights on skill gap analysis. Closing gaps directly impacts employment and productivity. The gaps which are often seen in the students are:
- Employability level of graduates is low.
- High dropouts in education space.
- Unskilled workforce(Mostly in India)
- Adaptability.
So according to the honoured guest, if one can mend this gap from education to employability, “The best job goes to the person who can get it done.”
