Abstract/Snapshot:
It was an offline event where all participants were divided randomly into 4 groups, 4 members in each group. Riddles were made in chit forms and the groups had to guess the answers of the particular riddle in 90 seconds. When the first group who had the riddle was unable answer, the riddle chit had been passed on to the other groups respectively. Answering the riddle on first go gained the team 2 points and passing on/ bonus round was of 3 points. For bonus round the time limit was 60 seconds. The questions were based on the theme of HR and few general questions. The results were declared immediately.

On December 2, 2022, at 2 p.m., the competition was held. In this competition, the management knowledge and teamwork of the participants were put to the test. Every group was given 1 riddle at a time and if they were unable to solve; that same riddle was passed on to the other group. The event lasted for 2 hours. It was extreme fun with lots of twist and turns while playing. The quiz was brilliantly hosted by the President of the HR club and she ensured the enthusiastic participation of the audience too. The quiz indeed put forward a true test in front of the eager students, giving them an opportunity to experience a competition like never before.
After a vigorous competition, the scores were computed and the results were announced immediately.

Learning from the Event
The students learned about various terms related to HR, also skills that got enhanced with this. The competition consisted of teamwork, motivating oneself and others, and brainstorming.

Feedback from students:
The students really enjoyed the quiz. They participated with great vigor and enthusiasm. They were being encouraged continuously as they could see their scores increasing after every correct answer. It was a great and fun learning experience for all. It was well organised and appreciated.
