Veena Shenoy is the Program Manager at ISBR Business School, Bangalore, appointed as State Chair for Diversity and Inclusion wing G100.
She represents WICCI – Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry as State President, Karnataka Sustainable Development Goals Council and actively participates in various initiatives with the team to make a difference in people’s lives. She is an employee experience researcher and believes inclusive environments are a priority and key for innovation and development. Cultivating an environment that welcomes and encourages diverse viewpoints is essential for creating a positive employee experience and sustaining the culture in the workplace. 
As part of WICCI Karnataka SDG’s Council, she is taking lots of initiative in creating an inclusive environment, gender equality, and Reducing Inequality, focusing on SDGs 5 and 10 based on the UN Framework. She believes that Gender equality is critical, and it is possible with collective action and spreading awareness. We shall work together to strengthen the collective voice and vision of women and men worldwide to advance gender equality, human fulfillment, and sustainable development.
