ISBR Business School, Bangalore received the coveted National Excellence Award as the “Most Upcoming Business School of the Year” for Higher education from Dr. Satyapal Singh, Honorable Union Minister of State for Human Resource Development at the ASSOCHAM Higher Education Summit 2018 held in New Delhi recently.

Mr. Manish Kothari, Founder & Managing Director of ISBR Group of Institutions received the award. The award was instituted by ASSOCHAM and the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) supported by the Ministry of HRD. This award came in recognition of the innovative initiatives taken by ISBR and its outstanding performance in designing and delivering high quality management programs. Emphasis was laid on innovations in academic delivery, promotion of industry academia partnerships, absorption of technology in teaching and learning practices, enhanced employ-ability quotient, promotion of entrepreneurship among students. Constant interaction with industry for continuous enrichment of syllabi helped to meet the real time challenges of the society. Mentoring and coaching by corporate executives contributed to the effectiveness and impact of the programs. Dr. Harshvardhan, Union Minister for Science and technology and earth sciences, Prof. P B Sharma, President, Association of Indian Universities, Dr. M Poonia, Vice-Chairman, AICTE, Vice- chancellors of leading Universities & Heads of prominent business schools & engineering colleges, industrialists and policy makers were present at the awards function.
