ISBR in collaboration with Public Relations Council of India and Book Paradise-Chambers Academy commemorated “The International Labour Day” by honoring the women achievers.
The awards were categorized into:
“Life Time Achievement Awards” and the recipients were Smt. Valli Muthiah and Smt. Saroja Banappa.
Shining Stars Awards – for achieving success through professional excellence and the recipients were:
- Dr. Chandra Niranjan – Higher Education
- Smt. Aruna Newton – Industry Leadership
- Smt. Swaroopa – Public Administration
- Smt. M C Shobha – Media and Mass Communication
- Smt. Jessy Lawrence – Entrepreneurship
Rising Star Awards – for achieving success through self – reliance and the recipients were:
- Smt. Saroja Yavagal – Rural Entrepreneurship
- Kum. Vidya Iyengar – Media and Mass Communication
- Smt. Sowmya Hemanthkumar – Skill Development and Articraft
- Smt. Andrea Mathew
- Smt. Gayatri Nair – Montessori & Fine Arts
- Smt. Lakshmi G. K – Education
And these awards were presented by “Men of Distinction” with meritorious track record.
The other dignitaries were Mr. Suhas Gopinath, the World’s Youngest CEO, Global Incorporation and other dignitaries from the media and industry. The event witnessed a gallery of women achievers who were felicitated with awards and citations.
Speaking on the occasion Mr. Manish Kothari said “that it was a great feeling to felicitate the women achievers who have contributed so much to the society”. The recipients were overwhelmed with gratitude. The event was followed with interviews by the media crew.
