ISBR’s Research Week: Bridging Academia and Industry

In a landmark initiative reaffirming its commitment to future-ready education, ISBR Business School organized a 7-Day Online Research Development Program (RDP) under the theme “Research Reimagined: Bridging Academia & Industry for Real-World Impact.”

This program was meticulously designed to redefine research from a purely academic pursuit to a dynamic, industry-aligned and socially impactful process. Scholars, researchers, and industry leaders came together to explore the transformative potential of AI, sustainability leadership, public policy, digital innovation, sports science, and political research.

Pioneering Sessions Across Disciplines

  • Day 1:
    Mr. Bhartendu Kumar (TCS Research) opened the series by demonstrating the powerful application of AI-driven research tools and Large Language Models (LLMs) in enhancing data interpretation and decision-making.

  • Day 2:
    Dr. Leena James (Christ University) emphasized sustainability-led business leadership, highlighting how ethical governance and industry partnerships drive systemic innovation aligned with the UN SDGs.

  • Day 3:
    Dr. G. Sathis Kumar, a public policy expert, inspired participants with insights on evidence-based policymaking, urging scholars to drive societal transformation through strategic, research-backed frameworks.

  • Day 4:
    Mr. Nilesh Deshmukh (Codewave) showcased how AI, cloud computing, and agile product strategies are reshaping B2B innovation, empowering participants to think like modern product leaders.

  • Day 5:
    Mr. Suganesh S, a digital consultant, expanded on the convergence of AI, Agile, and Analytics in crafting scalable, user-centric digital products, especially within the fast-evolving SaaS ecosystem.

  • Day 6:
    Mr. Rajmohan Sathiyan (KCLAS) connected sports science research with real-world performance, sharing cutting-edge insights into strength training, biomechanics, and AI-driven performance analytics.

  • Day 7:
    Ms. Vanam Tejasvi (Raajneeti Strategies) concluded the week by illustrating the role of research-based political strategy, voter sentiment analysis, and evidence-driven policy making in governance.

The ISBR RDP 2025 was not just a training program—it was a movement towards making research relevant, actionable, and socially responsive.
