The HR Club of ISBR Business School organized an event Festoj on 11th November 2017 in ISBR Campus. The purpose of organizing the events was to bring the students together, help them develop interpersonal skills needed in the corporate world and encourage them. The plethora of activities in the event included food stalls put up by the students, interesting games and competitions like treasure hunt, poster competition on any topic related to HR or organizational behavior and the grand finale of Rays of ISBR.
The poster competition depicted the creative side of the students by showcasing amazing and out-of-the-box thinking of the students in the form of amazing posters. The Rays of ISBR grand finale proved to be very interesting as all the student speakers who participated were outstanding. Rays of ISBR is a process of identifying the best student speakers promoted on various platforms which promotes student branding and leadership development. Srividya Kamesh of PGDM was declared the winner and the best speaker. Organizing the food stalls and game stalls helped the students in learning the skills a manager should possess in order to carry out any task efficiently and effectively.

The Finance Club conducted the event named Fintopia under the guidance of club coordinator Dr. Aditi Priya Singh on 27 November 2017. The main objective behind this event was to create an interest towards the field of finance and also create a holistic learning process through games and some brainstorming activity.
It was a great successful event as more than 90 students and 30 teams participated. The whole event was divided into 5 rounds – Fin Puzzle, Debit and Credit, Symbols and Logos, Financial Dumb Charade and a Mega Quiz for the Winning Team. The quizwasbasedonthecurrenteconomicenvironment.
The main objective of this round was to select the best participant where one was selected as the winner of the whole activity. The event was a great learning process for the finance club in testing their knowledge in finance and their organizing and management skills.
