Experience Work Day is a global movement powered by The Adecco Group to help career starters on their first steps to give them a real taste of working life. Their whole agenda of this event was to get in touch with the youth of this generation who are about to start working and to create awareness about their brand. Students of ISBR Business School experienced ’Work Day @ Adecco’ on 24th of April 2018.
Students had a wide range of activities lined up by the people in charge. They were asked to divide themselves into groups based on their career aspirations such as finance/ marketing/ HR/ supply chain. They were then assigned to specialized field professionals who gave them insights. It was a great experience to gain insights from them about the company and their work specialization area.
Students who chose finance and got the chance to share the wealth of knowledge from Mr. Mark, Chief Finance Officer (CFO), Adecco who has traveled almost the globe and had hands-on experience in the field of finance. They also had an opportunity to hear from the CEO of Adecco, about Adecco and this initiative. It was a great learning experience for them as they got hands-on corporate exposure.
