Building a Future-Ready Workforce: New Rules of Talent Management

Building a future-ready workforce has become a strategic priority for organizations navigating rapid technological change, evolving employee expectations, and global competition. Recognizing this shift, the Department of HRM & General Management at ISBR Business School organized a high-impact alumni interaction session titled “Building a Future-Ready Workforce: The New Rules of Talent Management.”

The session was delivered by Ms. Daisy Choudhury, Principal Consultant – Recruitment & HR Operations and a proud ISBR alumna (PGDM 2017–2019). The session brought together PGDM HR Specialization students for a deep dive into contemporary workforce and talent management practices.

Workforce Management Meets Talent Strategy

The alumni interaction was designed to bridge academic knowledge with industry realities. The key objectives included:

This integration drives agility, innovation, productivity, and a strong organizational culture, essential for a future-ready workforce.
