Overview of the event:
It was an offline event where all participants were given 5 minutes each for their turn. They were given one minute for describing the characteristics of their dream HR and the other four Minutes were given for the situation based questions. Each participant was asked a situation based on their designed characteristics, which they had to answer. The competition took place on November 25th. In this competition, the attitude, The emotional intelligence, and awareness of the participants were put to the test. The participants were seven in number. The event lasted for an hour. The event was a collective team effort organized by the core committee team. The event gave wonderful insights to the future
aspiring HR managers. The event was presided over by Dr. Prabhakar, who was cordially invited to judge this event. He gave valuable input to the students. After a healthy competition, the results were announced immediately.
