On 05th January 2021, there was a C-Talk on HR Skills for Effective Business Leadership by Mr. Naga Siddharth who is a CHRO, Psychometrician Coach. The session was an interactive session as Mr. Naga Siddharth made sure that students learned through fun activities & identifying themselves first. It began with a basic introduction & then he asked various questions to students like, “What are your competencies?”, “What would you do if you had 10 crores approx. rupees with you?”. These were asked by him to make students understand what kind of mindset do they have & what kind of thinking they should develop to achieve success & become one of those who are full of focus & overcome their weaknesses.

Later, he asked students what are their key competencies & then explained how to utilize them for their own benefit. He also explained how to train & use the weaknesses to complement the strengths & how to balance attitude with knowledge. Further, he went on to explain the kind of professional-personal life balance required to achieve peace with passion as both of them are inter-dependent. The session was full of fun activities & each activity was based on essential learning which is required to survive & sustain in this competitive world & achieve more. The session was hosted & anchored by Ashok Vardhan Rao. Overall, it was an inspirational & self-motivational session as we were able to unlock that side of us which was unexplored till then. It was our immense pleasure to have attended a session from Mr. Siddharth & to have learned things about a career as well as life.
