ISBR Business School, Bangalore, continues its commitment to experiential learning through dynamic industry-academia collaborations. The Department of Human Resource Management and General Management hosted an impactful Co-Teaching Session for the core course – Human Capital Management (HCM), designed for the PGDM 2024–26 Batch.

The session was led by Mr. Karthik Mulakaluri, Strategic HR, Learning & Development, and Organizational Development (OD) Head at Omega Healthcare Management Services, Bangalore. A seasoned HR strategist, Mr. Mulakaluri brought over two decades of rich corporate experience to the classroom, delivering deep insights into emerging trends and best practices in the field of strategic human capital management.

This co-teaching initiative is part of ISBR’s broader vision to provide future-ready HR professionals with hands-on exposure to real-world applications of theoretical frameworks. The Human Capital Management course is a critical pillar in the PGDM program, emphasizing not just people management, but strategic alignment of human resources with business goals.
