ISBR Cares Salutes our Women with an active participation at the International Women’s Day Celebration at Infosys in Collaboration with INK Women on 4 March.
The event brought together inspiring women from diverse backgrounds and with an enthusiastic participation from ISBR students. It was a powerful blend of insightful discussions, performances, and interactive sessions, highlighting the role of women in shaping the future.
The event commenced with a beautiful performance by Charles Ma, setting a vibrant and uplifting tone. Following this, Archana Dutta, CEO of INK, delivered a warm welcome and introduced the purpose of the gathering.
The sessions featured an engaging discussions among array of experts, namely-
· Kirthiga Reddy on Technology and Inclusion Driving the Future
· Natasha Joshi on building a Gender Equitable World
· Neha Bagaria on Tradition to Transformation,
· Shannon spoke on Thriving in STEM and Beyond
· Harnidh Kaur on Asking the Right Questions
The event concluded with a thoughtful fireside chat between Aruna Newton, Global Diversity and Inclusion Head at Infosys, and Lakshmi Pratury, Founder & CEO of INK. Their discussion explored leadership, inclusivity, and the evolving role of women in corporate and entrepreneurial spaces.
This celebration was a testimony to the power of women’s voices, their ability to drive transformation, and the importance of fostering inclusive environments for future generations.
