ISBR Business School conducted “ISBR Cyclothon 2020” as part of the FIT INDIA Movement, Govt. of India initiative, with a vision to promote Fitness and Wellness on Saturday, 19th December 2020, at the ISBR Campus in Electronic City, Bengaluru.

“Fitness ki Doz, Aadha Ghanta Roj” being the formula, ISBR encouraged the young
students and faculty to use cycle as a mode of transport which enhances physical fitness and immunity which is critical to fighting pandemic like Covid-19 and other health issues, apart from promoting Go-Green concept to protect the environment. Yulu supported the event by providing Yulu cycles. 19th December 2020 marks one year of hectic scheduling, rampant chaos, and restricted lifestyle which defined the new normal around the world for this year, as a result of Covid-19. ISBR, through this Cyclothon, wanted to convey to the society that by being physically fit, following the protocols of social distancing, and wearing masks we can together fight COVID.
Our Managing Director, Mr.Manish Kothari, during the flagging off address, emphasized the importance of physical fitness, maintaining hygiene, and following protocols are much needed to fight the current situation. ISBR has been ensuring these and Cyclothon is a step towards that direction and urged other institutions to encourage such activities. The event was flagged off by our Managing Director Mr.Manish Kothari, with our Director, Dr.Y. Lakshman Kumar. Our Senior Directors, Faculty, Staff, and Students were engaged in this event by cycling for 6 kilometers around Electronic City which promoted
the cause. The institute took care of ensuring all the safety and social distancing measures with the support of Electronic City Traffic Police and ELCITA.
