ISBR Business School is taking a significant step forward in promoting responsible citizenship with the launch of a Certificate Program in Sustainability. This credit-based program will be introduced in June 2025 as part of ISBR’s commitment to nurturing socially responsible leaders.

The program, titled Building Responsible Citizenship (BRC), is an initiative led by ELCITA (Electronics City Industrial Township Authority) to cultivate a sense of responsibility among students in the social domain. The objective is to provide hands-on experience through field visits and live projects on sustainability initiatives within Electronics City.

ISBR Business School is among the three pioneering institutions selected for this initiative. The collaboration between ELCITA and these institutions ensures that students gain practical exposure to sustainability projects, enhancing their learning beyond classroom discussions.

The official launch of the initiative took place on January 6, 2024, at ELCITA, marking a significant milestone in sustainability education. The program’s structure has been meticulously crafted by experts from IIM Bangalore and Infosys Sustainability Heads, ensuring a comprehensive and impactful learning experience.
