Mr. Manish Kothari, Founder and Managing Director of ISBR Group of Institutions represented India at the Education Forum for Asia Annual Conference – 2018, held in Chengdu, China, from September 20 to 22, 2018.

The conference was a platform for communication and dialogue between governments, businesses and NGOs to explore and provide sound solutions to the forefront issues facing today’s education field. 

Mr. Manish Kothari addressed the Conference on ‘University Mission in Community of Shared Future for Mankind’. He traced the global trends and developments in higher education, research, development and entrepreneurship. He professed that the climate of mutual trust, confidence and respect were essential to realize the enormous potential of partnership among nations and thereby, “we can contribute to peace, stability and prosperity, give new direction and energy to the global economy”. 

The mission of any university is to create knowledge that would transform humankind, enhance the quality of life and create a stable, secure and peaceful future, he advocated. However, diverse and different the ideologies, tone and tenor of religions were, the philosophy of life was one and the same. Shared future could emerge only through sustainable environment. Mr. Manish Kothari deliberated on the need for achieving integration in global education system and policy environment.
