Dr. M. R. Jhansi Rani is a Professor, Deputy Director of Research, and Editor-in-Chief of the ISBR Management Journal at ISBR Business School, Bangalore. With over 15 years of experience in academics, corporate roles, and research, she specializes in Organizational Behavior, HR Management, Leadership, and Strategy. She was recently honored with the Best Professor in Human Resources Management award by the Asia Pacific HRM Congress Awards 2024.

A prolific academic, Dr. Jhansi has published 60+ research papers and chapters in reputed journals and conferences. Her work explores key HR themes like talent acquisition, motivation, AI in HRM, and HR Analytics. She regularly presents at national and international forums and serves as a panelist, moderator, and adjudicator at events across top B-Schools.

In addition to her editorial and research roles, she mentors Ph.D. and FPM scholars and is actively involved in Boards of Studies and Examiners at institutions like Alliance University, Jain University, and VTU.
