MrRajan Selvaraj is Corporate Trainer, Banking Training Expert, Aptitude and Soft Skills Trainer, Tutor for the last 26 years and also a director of “Gurukul College”, an ISO 9001 certified organization. He is a second rank holder in the state of Karnataka in the PCMB stream in 2nd PUC and completed MSc in Mathematics and has won 7 gold medals in his degree. He strongly believes in “If you win, you win…… and if you lose, you learn to win”. Ms.Smryna is a Soft Skill trainer assists MrRajan Selvaraj to conduct various activities.

Abstract/Snapshot:It was a two-day session, the speaker was welcomed by the students and later it was followed by ice-breaking & interactive sessions with interesting activities on Team building, communication skills, singing, playing Guitar etc.The session focused to strengthen the personal skills of students.

Feedback from students:The facilitator Mr. Rajan Selvaraj is a very friendly person and also a good motivator. The session started with forming teams which helps students to familiarize with everyone in the class. Everyone enjoys the activities conducted during a class and also learned new skills from those activities which was very helpful. The two – day session ended on a high note with Mr. Rajan Selvaraj playing the mouth organ, guitar and singing.
