ISBR Business School Bridges Industry-Academia Gap through Co-Teaching in Human Capital Management
ISBR Business School, Bangalore, continues its commitment to experiential learning through dynamic industry-academia collaborations. The Department of Human Resource Management and General Management hosted an impactful Co-Teaching Session for the core course – Human Capital Management (HCM), designed for the PGDM 2024–26 Batch.
The session was led by Mr. Karthik Mulakaluri, Strategic HR, Learning & Development, and Organizational Development (OD) Head at Omega Healthcare Management Services, Bangalore. A seasoned HR strategist, Mr. Mulakaluri brought over two decades of rich corporate experience to the classroom, delivering deep insights into emerging trends and best practices in the field of strategic human capital management.

The session was marked by engaging discussions, interactive presentations, and real-time corporate case studies that resonated with contemporary workplace realities. Students explored diverse facets of talent acquisition, employee engagement, workforce analytics, and organizational transformation, all while understanding how data-driven HR decisions shape long-term business success.
This co-teaching initiative is part of ISBR’s broader vision to provide future-ready HR professionals with hands-on exposure to real-world applications of theoretical frameworks.
