Mr. Sudheesh Venkatesh is the chief people officer of Azim Premji Foundation, & serves on the board of Management of Azim Premji University. He is also the regional president south of the national HRD network & serves on its national board.
The session was named Developmental Dialogues because unlike other sessions this was more of an interview of the guest & through his answers, he addressed the gathering & very clearly stated his point about his career, corporate expectations from freshers & many other things.
The interview or questions to the guest were asked by Jovita Devaraj & Prajwal Markandey who were also the host during the session. MOC for the evening was Chinna Rathi & a formal vote of thanks was delivered by Shivani Bhatt. The whole session was conducted under the guidance of Mr. Suresh Raju, Head of Training & Transformation, ISBR, who was also the Moderator for the session. The questions asked were mostly about his career, the connection between HR & CSR, cultural diversity, analytical skills & other qualifications or skills a fresher should possess with regards to employment & corporate expectations in this new normal. He addressed the gathering & answered each question on the basis of his experience & technical knowledge.
He also talked about the psychological safety of business leaders, people in society & students as well in these days of pandemic & how to cope up with this new normal. Overall, it was an insightful & learning session for all of us. It was really an honor to have spoken to such an inspiring person.
