I feel very astonished to be part of IIM- Indore 5 week FDP programme. It was a golden opportunity for those who are beginning their academic career like myself. A heartful thanks to ISBR for providing this opportunity. 
The programme aimed at empowering budding faculties from different parts of India on teaching pedagogy, Consultancy, Research&Case Writting and new electives those can be offered in B schools. The program not only educated the participants intellectually but also ignited faculties to follow spirituality for their personality development as successful teacher. A teacher plays multiple roles such as mentor, guide, friend, facilitator and guardian. In order to be a successfully render each this roles one should understand the purpose of Being a Teacher. In the journey of 5 week programme, there was no day where i wasn’t left amazed with new information and learning from extinguished professors.
