Dr. R. Narasimhan is a product of IIT Roorkee for Masters, IIT Madras for PhD, and TIFR for Post-doctoral research. He had done an executive program at IIM, Ahmedabad. Starting his career in teaching, and laying a strong foundation in research and analytical thinking, he was instrumental in establishing some of the best academic practices. He then switched to the software industry for a few years and returned to academics. He provided leadership to a few well-known start-up business schools in India. His areas of teaching and research widened to include Strategy, Operations, Entrepreneurship, and Technology Innovation.
Dr. Nila A Chotai progressive record in the academic domain with over 16 years of experience in teaching in the higher education sector. Distinguished record of publication in academic journals. Strong philosophy of teaching, and knowledge of many different methods to motivate students to develop their expertise in specific areas. A dedicated partner to institutional programs and outreach events that help promote learning and support the community. She holds a Master of Arts in Economics from Pondicherry University followed by MBA and PGDHRM as other postgraduate degrees. She was awarded a PhD in Economics from the University of Mysore in 2013.
She has worked in reputed Management Institutions and Autonomous University. Her core area of interest is in Economics & HR. She has been a core committee member in the accreditation process at management institutions for NAAC, NBA & IACBE. She has conducted sessions for German Industry Partners and Indian Plywood Industries Research & Training Institute. She has co-authored a book in Marketing Management. She has a rich experience in developing curriculum and planning the academic calendar. She is a Guest Editor for Scopus Journal Empirical Economics letter.
Ms. Kavitha Madhusudan is a seasoned professional with over 19 years of experience in the field of institutional branding, strategy, and student recruitment. Mrs. Madhusudan has had a longer stint of career with Acharya Group of Institutions and has held various administrative positions including that of Director, Admissions for over 14 years. Mrs. Madhusudan has also served as Deputy Director, Admissions at Alliance University and is currently serving as Director, Admissions at ISBR Group of Institutions.
Prof Amit Kanchanbaras is a seasoned banker turned academician, having more than 23 years of Industry experience in the Banking and Financial Services, having worked with the Global Financial Institutions like J P Morgan, Citigroup, Northern Trust and Birla Sunlife Insurance and many others. Thereafter he transitioned to academia and has been associated with ISBR for almost a decade. In all, he has a total work experience of 31 years, across industry and academia. During his stint in the BFSI sector, he was instrumental in repeatedly setting up sustained business and revenue growth models in the changing markets. He inculcated an integrated set of competencies that encompass areas related to Team Building, Business Management and Client Relationship Management In his stint at ISBR, leveraging his enriching industry exposure, he has been instrumental in strengthening the ISBR – Industry Collaboration by engaging and involving different industry partners across varied businesses, providing them multiple ISBR platforms which in-turn benefitted both the Industry partners and the institute itself. Area Chair Placements, Head of Department – Finance, were the key positions he held before taking up his new role in the Centre for Career Advancement and Corporate Engagement.
Ms. Anuradha Shukla specializes in internationalization at Management institutes.
